    How can I tell if I have accepted a product?
    • If you requested your product through our online portal or gave a verbal acceptance over the phone the product will have been accepted.
    • If you requested your product by post, you will only have accepted the offer if you have returned a signed Offer Acceptance form to us by post.
    • If you requested changes to your mortgage as part of your product transfer such as additional lending, changes to your repayment term or repayment type; you will only have accepted the offer if you have returned a signed Offer Acceptance form to us by post.
