A recent change in regulation which is designed to help tackle rising levels of fraud means that customer due diligence is conducted at key points during our relationship journey, redemption being one of them. As part of this, we might need to ask for further details about the reason for redeeming your mortgage early. In order to be able to arrange your redemption, we will need 5 working days’ notice.
